We’re a small cattery in Norway, and our Russian Blues are a cherished part of our family. We focus on health, temperament, and preserving everything that makes this breed so special.

August 2026 – Six little reasons to miss home even more

Who would have guessed a year ago that I would be living temporarily in India! My husband was offered a job here, and we decided it was one of those opportunities we simply couldn’t say no to.

Meanwhile, back home in Norway, Kitty and her daughter Hope have welcomed six beautiful kittens with Cookie, just three days apart. The two best friends are now raising their babies together, which makes being so far away just a little harder. Read more →

April 2026 – The Scandinavian Winner Show
The Scandinavian Winner Show 2026 in Kolding, Denmark marked our first show in six months. It was wonderful to be back in the show hall again, and to spend the weekend with good friends and breeders from several countries.

Furbonacci was represented by two cats, CC and Malcolm. You can find photos from the weekend featuring Malcolm, CC, and some of the other beautiful Russian Blues here ->.

January 2026 – We have a new National Winner
We’re incredibly proud to share our 2025 show results. Peach has been awarded National Winner, making this the third year in a row that a cat living here at Furbonacci has earned this title.

CC also finished the year as Top Cat – Adult Females. When we started out in 2020, we could never have imagined moments like this, and we’re deeply grateful for the journey.
